Garage Door Repair in Corinth, TX

Garage door calls from Corinth run the same as everywhere else in Denton County: a spring that broke with a bang, a door that lifts a foot and stops, a cable hanging loose on one side, an opener that hums and does nothing. Springs, cables, rollers and the common opener parts ride on the truck, so most Corinth repairs are finished on the first visit.

Corinth grew from about 4,000 people in 1990 to more than 22,000 today, so most garages date from the 1990s and 2000s and still run the original torsion springs and chain openers. More than three quarters of homes are owner occupied.

Springs in Denton County break most often on the first cold mornings of winter, when steel that fatigued through a summer of 100 degree garages contracts overnight, and again during hard freezes like February 2021.

New doors and the HOA in Corinth

Most Denton County subdivisions have an HOA whose architectural committee has to approve a new door style, color or windows, and Little Elm will not approve a residential permit without proof of that approval, so we hand you the spec sheet to submit before the door is ordered.
